At Alsama Project, our students - all previously out-of-school refugee youth - are now confident, curious learners. So when it’s time to show what they're learning, they rise to the challenge.
Last week’s Science Fair brought together students from Years 3, 4, and 5 at our Shatila and Bourj al-Barajneh centres. With experiments, models, and big ideas, they turned science into a hands-on, community-wide celebration.
The fair reflected what makes Alsama’s accelerated education programme unique: it’s fast-paced, rigorous, and built on a holistic education model for refugees. The creativity, teamwork, and joy on display showed just how much learning goes beyond the textbook.
Big thanks to our Science Department for guiding the students and helping them bring science to life - and to the community that powers it all.
